Boothe Memorial Park Engagement Session in Stratford, CT | Jacqui & Avery
Where can I begin with Jacqui and Avery? I absolutely adore these two! I first met them back in early September over a cup of coffee while chatting about the wedding they're planning at Tashua Knolls. Jacqui and Avery met in their college theater group, and quickly bonded over mutual interests of music and theater. They became very close friends for two years before they even started dating, finding that romantic spark when Avery graduated in 2010. Their friendship turned to romance, and the rest is history!
One night, they went to a concert in the city, where Jacqui was positive Avery was going to propose! When he didn't, she felt devastated on the train ride back home. Her senses weren't too far off, for Avery called Jacqui the next day and invited her over to his apartment. When she arrived, he was already down on one knee asking her to marry him!
These two are on fire right now! They just bought their first home together, in the midst of wedding planning (though I have to admit, they're super organized, and already have most of it done)! I met with them at Boothe Memorial Park in Stratford for their engagement session last weekend where we bonded over how exciting it is to be marrying your best friend (I swear, I could talk about this topic for hours!), shared lots of laughs and chatted more about wedding planning. I couldn't be happier for these two sweet souls, and cannot wait to photograph their wedding in July!
Congratulations Jacqui and Avery!
