Connecticut Boudoir | Alicia

One aspect of being a portrait photographer that I completely love is connecting with other people.  As a boudoir photographer, my heart is so full as I'm able to connect with some beautiful and inspiring women.  Alicia is one of those women and has inspired me in more ways than I can count, both as an entrepreneur and a strong woman.  She's always that source of bright light that everyone needs in their life from time to time.  I adore her zest for living life her way and living it to the fullest!  Every time we chat, I walk away from our conversations feeling so energized.  

When Alicia told me she was interested in a boudoir session, I was ecstatic to have the opportunity to photograph her in the studio!  She is a fellow creative and the incredibly talented body painter behind Art Simplicated.  In fact, Alicia has a studio in the same building Arturo and I do here at 305 Knowlton in Bridgeport, Connecticut!  It was fun to switch things up a bit and have a fellow artist to photograph, especially since she has such a colorful and unique style!  Alicia's hair added such a great pop to her photos, as did the paintbrush and color palette tattoos she sports on each of her forearms! 

I love how well Alicia's hair complimented this outfit!

She is FIERCE!
