Tented Wedding Reception Decor at Latitude 41 in Mystic, CT
If you've followed my me on social media or have been reading my blog for a bit, you know I love a good tented wedding reception, especially if it's taking place along the Connecticut coast! A few weeks ago I was so excited to spend the afternoon with some of my fellow wedding vendors for a mini shoot under the Sperry tent at Latitude 41 in Mystic, Connecticut. Karina of EZ-Occasions draped the tent, the ladies at KLW Design Co. added some beautiful florals, and Jenna at Coastal Gourmet Catering styled a beautiful tablescape for us.
An average tent can be spruced up in SO many ways, especially if you have a great creative team working with you to give you plenty of ideas! You can drape the entire tent while playing with textures and fabrics, or you can choose to go a simpler route and use fewer drapes and more greens and flowers. Crystal or floral chandeliers are also fun options to create an elegant space! However you choose to decorate your tented wedding reception, don't forget to put your own spin on it to make it uniquely yours!
