AN EOLIA MANSION ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Danielle and Jeff’s engagement session at Eolia Mansion in Waterford, Connecticut was an absolute DREAM! It took place on a warm fall evening with the most beautiful golden hour. The sunlight shined through the gardens and trees, making these two glow even more than they already were! Mother Nature treated us once more that day with a soft cotton candy sky at the end of Jeff and Danielle’s engagement session, creating a stunning backdrop as we photographed them along the water.
We first spoke with Danielle and Jeff this spring, and we immediately connected! These two are such a sweet pair and SO much fun to spend time with. Arturo and I loved walking around the grounds of Eolia Mansion and Harkness Park with Jeff and Danielle, stopping every so often for portraits while hearing all about their magnificent wedding plans. After getting to know these two a bit and learning more about what they have planned for their wedding next fall, we know their day is going to be a fabulous one!
THE PROPOSAL STORY
One weekend this past April, Danielle thought she and Jeff were simply meeting friends for dinner at an upscale restaurant near their home in Hoboken. The restaurant is within walking distance of their apartment, so Jeff and Danielle decided to take a stroll along the riverwalk which has incredible views of the Hudson River and New York City. Soon after the two began making their way to the restaurant, Jeff popped the question and asked Danielle to marry him!
After she said yes, the pair walked to one of Danielle’s favorite Italian restaurants nearby. Jeff had already done a wonderful job of surprising Danielle with a wedding proposal, and he managed to surprise her once again once they arrived at the restaurant. They walked through the doors to find 13 of their closest family members and friends ready to celebrate their engagement!
These two are getting married next October at The Inn at Longshore, and we cannot wait for their day to arrive! Congratulations Danielle & Jeff!
