Cranbury Park Engagement Session in Norwalk, CT | Nicole & Alex

A CRANBURY PARK ENGAGEMENT SESSION

The autumn leaves held on just long enough for our last fall engagement session of the season! Nicole and Alex’s Cranbury Park engagement session was dreamy as can be. Mother Nature gave us all the components we could need for romantic fall portraits: soft golden hour light, colorful leaves on the trees, and a crispness in the air!

Alex and Nicole are sweet as can be, and fell into each of our prompts and poses effortlessly! Arturo and I had a wonderful time getting to know these two while hearing all about their wedding plans. At the end of their session, they delightfully shared how much more fun their engagement session was compared to what they expected it to be. We love hearing this from our couples!

THE PROPOSAL STORY

Alex planned a special proposal while he and Nicole were on vacation in Aruba with her family. They had spent the day exploring the island and had dinner reservations that evening at one of the local restaurants. The pair arrived early for drinks, so Alex insisted that the two of them go for a walk and check out some of the landscape along the beach before dinner.

During their sunset stroll, Alex stopped in front of a gathering of trees and shared some sweet words with Nicole. He then asked her to marry him as an acoustic guitarist played music in the background (talk about absolute perfection!). They spent the rest of their vacation surrounded by family as they celebrated their engagement!

These two are getting married next September at Haley Mansion, and we are so excited for their day! Congratulations Nicole and Alex!
