AN ELEGANT COASTAL MICRO WEDDING
While Lauren and Josh’s original plans to get married on Maui were changed due to the pandemic, their intimate backyard wedding at Lauren’s childhood home in Fairfield, Connecticut was equally as beautiful! These two are a laid back and go-with-the-flow kind of couple, which attributed to the easy-going vibe of their day.
Lauren’s beautiful bridal details were wonderfully dreamy! Her wedding dress had the softest blush hue, which I couldn’t get enough of. Lauren was absolutely glowing as she put on her earrings and pieced together the final touches of her bridal style before walking downstairs to the ceremony.
The family dogs, two adorable Shelties, led the way down the aisle before Lauren was escorted by her dad to Josh at the altar. The two exchanged their vows and rings in a beautiful ceremony among 14 of their closest family members. After being pronounced husband and wife, Josh and Lauren shared their first kiss as their guests cheered around them!
After finishing family portraits, we walked with Lauren, Josh, and their two bridesmaids to Jennings Beach nearby for some evening portraits. The sun was bright, but it was late enough in the day that it had the perfect glow to add an extra touch of romance to their newlywed photos!
Congratulations Lauren and Josh! Cheers to much love and laughter in the years ahead!
I absolutely loved this engagement and wedding ring set! It was the best of both, or rather three, worlds: white gold, rose gold, and yellow gold!
These adorable pups made sure the bride and groom made it back up the aisle after they were pronounced husband and wife!
