A HAMMONASSET BEACH ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Sam and Matt’s engagement session at Hammanasset Beach State Park in Madison, Connecticut was a beautiful one. Being a wedding photographer in the northeast can be quite humbling when we’re dealing with the (quite often) unpredictable weather of New England. Despite the weather challenges we faced that day, Steve and Sam were all smiles while they were in front of our cameras!

That evening, Mother Nature gave us some aggressively strong winds and white-capped waves that crashed onto the shoreline. The sunlight glittered on the water, but only minutes into Sam and Steve’s engagement session, it dipped behind some massive storm clouds. However, that left us with some of the most incredible cotton candy skies which made a stunning backdrop to their photos!

We had the best time getting to know these sweethearts, and cannot wait for their big day. Matt and Sam are getting married next September at Saybrook Point Inn, and we know their wedding is going to be a fantastic one! Congratulations you two!
